The hospitality here was the best I've encountered in a long while! The staff were very polite and accommodating. Hygiene standards were excellent with spotless rooms and tidy bathrooms, all well kept. I felt secure and at ease the entire time.

I booked a room for July 13 through MMT and paid online, but the property owner Anil called me to say they don’t give rooms to males. I had come from Delhi, and he said many Gujarati boys come here, drink, and cause trouble, so they don’t allow boys to stay. I have traveled almost all over India and even abroad, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such a rule. The strange part is, I didn’t stay, yet MMT and the hotel together took about 2500 rupees from me and refused to refund it. Please be cautious about this hotel. I made the booking after 2 PM on the same day and didn’t have time to read such a long policy. Honestly, I never expected a hotel to refuse male guests. Even if you strictly follow your policy, where is your honesty and business ethics? You denied me the stay but kept the full payment. According to your own rules, is it right to keep someone’s full payment after refusing service? Is that fair or ethical?

We booked this place last minute, but dealing with the owner was very disappointing. He was shockingly rude and showed no basic manners when talking to anyone, including women. From check-in and throughout our stay, his behavior was disrespectful. Politeness is expected in hospitality, but he had none. During our stay, the power went out, making it hard for our family to breathe. When we politely asked for help, he responded rudely, argued with us, and even told us to leave. This happened late at night, and we were with family, including women—leaving then was unsafe and unreasonable. This was a very unpleasant and unexpected experience, unlike any other stay we've had. We even thought about filing a police complaint. I strongly advise not to book here. I will also ask Abu Police to cancel his license because such behavior is unacceptable in business. He is exploiting and mistreating guests. The owner clearly has ego and attitude problems—he doesn't listen and is always ready to argue or fight. Someone like that is totally unfit for hospitality.

Had a great stay! The owner is very kind, helpful, and welcoming. They arranged a rental scooty and guided us about the best nearby places to explore, which made our trip much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities like clean towels, soap, and shampoo. The location is also great, very close to Nakki Lake. A special thanks to the owner for taking care of our luggage even after we checked out. Excellent hospitality—I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay! The owner was very friendly, supportive, and hospitable. They helped us rent a scooty and gave great advice on the top nearby spots to visit, which really simplified our trip. The room was tidy, cozy, and equipped with essentials such as fresh towels, soap, and shampoo. The location is also excellent, just a short distance from Nakki Lake. Many thanks to the owner for looking after our luggage even after we had checked out. Outstanding hospitality—I would surely suggest this place!
