Absolute Nightmare : Uninhabitable, Dilapidated, and Grossly MismanagedDo not waste your hard-earned money or your vacation at Shikara Beach Resort. We stayed here from August 20th to August 23rd, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience we have ever endured.The property looks like a crumbling, ruined structure that hasn't seen maintenance in decades. The moment you step in, you are greeted by a foul, nauseating stench that lingers throughout the entire place.Basic amenities simply do not exist here. We were left stranded with no running water and no electricity for prolonged stretches of our stay. Calling this place a "resort" is an absolute joke.On top of the atrocious living conditions, the property is shockingly mismanaged. The staff is hostile, utterly rude, and completely dismissive. Whenever we brought up critical issues’like not having basic power or water’we were met with sheer indifference and aggressive attitudes instead of any actual solution.This place is completely uninhabitable. Save yourself the disgust, frustration, and wasted money: avoid Shikara Beach Resort at all costs.

Our stay at Shikara Beach Resort from August 20th to 23rd was a complete nightmare. Calling this place a "resort" is misleading. The building is falling apart, extremely dirty, and has a terrible smell as soon as you enter. There was no electricity or running water, making it impossible to use the bathroom or wash hands properly. It's unbelievable they charge for rooms without any working facilities. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and management was incompetent. When we raised concerns about the outages, they responded with dismissive attitudes and refused to resolve the issues. This place is unsafe, badly managed, and unlivable. Avoid it at all costs and don't spend any money here.
