Disappointing Stay

Very bad experience. The AC was not working in July. When we raised the issue, they acted like they were unaware of the situation. Later, when I said if the problem persists, we would check out and want a refund, they ran the generator for 10 minutes. Then they said, "ma'am apuni nije ahi sauk aami sador uporot pani dhali asu." The entire night was more terrible than relaxing. It was a waste of money, time, and energy. Will never visit again.
