Very odd location and the approach road is rugged. However, if anyone is looking for a serene stay in the lap of nature, its a good location

I visited this resort with my family, and the surroundings are truly wonderful. There are many birds to see, and the lush greenery is stunning. The hotel's atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff offer excellent service. I suggest visiting this resort to enjoy the experience.

Room service was very poor... Swimming pool was closed, nothing available in the rooms... no activities in the resort... staff did not attend to clients regularly.

Our group of 32 stayed at this resort for 3 nights and 4 days, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There was no staff to help with luggage during check-in, which was inconvenient for such a large group. We chose this place partly because of the swimming pool shown in their photos, but we were never allowed to use it during our stay, which felt misleading. The food quality was consistently poor, leading us to order from outside or eat elsewhere multiple times. Power outages happened often, and the resort seemed to lack a reliable backup system. Additionally, the air conditioning in several rooms was either ineffective or malfunctioning. Mobile network coverage was very weak, and the resort did not offer dependable Wi-Fi to make up for it. For a large property hosting big groups, good internet should be standard. The staff was initially unhelpful and ignored complaints, only addressing some issues after repeated insistence. Everything was overpriced, with no free amenities or services to justify the cost. The location is also inconvenient, being far from Ratnagiri's main attractions and requiring significant travel even to nearby beaches. On our last day, there was a water shortage, making basic tasks like bathing difficult. Overall, the stay was stressful rather than relaxing, as we spent most of our time dealing with service and maintenance problems. There was no feeling of comfort or peace throughout. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this resort and hope management seriously considers these issues to improve guest satisfaction.

Everything promised was incorrect... Initially, the owner sent photos showing all amenities, but they were not as committed. They DO NOT serve non-veg food; this should be clearly stated for those expecting non-veg meals because later they demanded extra payment for non-veg food. Also, confirm beforehand if their swimming pool is operational. My advance payment was wasted.
