This place is good, but only thing is that location is very off from the city. Apart from that everything was good.

I visited this resort with my family, and the surroundings are truly wonderful. There are many birds to see, and the lush greenery is stunning. The hotel's atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff offer excellent service. I suggest visiting this resort to enjoy the experience.

Room service was very poor... Swimming pool was closed, nothing available in the rooms... no activities in the resort... staff did not attend to clients regularly.

We were a group of 32 people and had a 3-night, 4-day stay at this resort. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.Firstly, there was no staff available to assist with luggage while checking in, which was very inconvenient for such a large group.One of the major reasons we selected this property was the swimming pool shown prominently in their photos. However, we were not given access to use it during our entire stay, which felt misleading.The food quality was poor throughout our stay. On multiple occasions, we had to order food from outside or travel elsewhere to eat.Power outages were frequent, and the resort appeared to have no reliable backup system. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in several rooms was either ineffective or not working properly.Mobile network connectivity at the property was extremely poor, which may be understandable due to the location. However, the resort did not provide a reliable Wi-Fi system to compensate for this. For a property of this size hosting large groups, proper internet connectivity should be a basic facility.The staff was initially uncooperative and unresponsive to complaints. Only after repeated arguments did they make an effort to address a few issues.Everything at the property was overpriced, and there were no complimentary amenities or services that justified the cost.The location is also a drawback. The resort is situated far from major attractions in Ratnagiri, and even the nearby beaches require considerable travel time.On our final day, we faced a water shortage, making basic activities such as bathing difficult.Overall, our group found the stay stressful rather than relaxing. Instead of enjoying a leisure trip, we spent most of our time dealing with service and maintenance issues. There was no sense of leisure, comfort, or peace of mind throughout the stay. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property and hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve guest satisfaction.
