The room is basic but spacious. The view from the executive/ deluxe room is simply awesome. 180 degree view of the sea. The hotel is quiet and the staff is efficient. Location on palm beach service road, Vashi/Sanpada is great.On the negative side they could keep a hot water kettle and tea/ coffee requirements in the room. Breakfast could be better from a choice pov.

Recently i had booked a room 2806 but the blanket cover was dirty, the room was dirty and also bathroom tap water was leaking continuously, they had upgraded the room to me but it was unhygienic. No proper water supply in the jet shower...overall a bad experience, turbhe location monarch is superb try that

The hotel staff asks for money for every little thing; there was no cleaning service, no table available for meals, and there was a water leak in the bathroom.

** 1/5**Never book the discounted dark rooms. I made that mistake yesterday and had to leave within 30 minutes because the room was simply not livable.The room had no ventilation or windows, making it feel like a jail cell. The cleanliness was extremely poor—the bedsheets did not appear to have been changed, the room was unhygienic, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.What disappointed me even more was the lack of concern from the management. Although I checked out almost immediately, no one bothered to ask why I was leaving or tried to resolve the issue.Overall, it was a complete waste of money and a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend these rooms to anyone.
