Avoide checking into room no. 2712. Bad rooms, bad amenities and prenticious front desk staff. I would like to rate it 0’/5’.The rooms are very small, the floor wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bedsheets had visible stains. The biggest issue was the charging point, there was only one bedside socket and it wasn’t working. When I complained at the reception, I was told nothing could be done and that if I wanted to charge my phone, I’d have to hand it over to the hotel staff to charge it outside the room and get it back later. That’s just ridiculous and inconvenient. They also didn’t allow me to change rooms. After going back and forth multiple times, they finally provided an extension cord that looked like the kind used at construction sites.For ’3000 per night, this level of service and basic maintenance is unacceptable. Please avoide this hotel at all cost.
