I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this hotel, mainly because of the General Manager’s extremely rude and unprofessional behavior ’ he even went so far as to threaten me.While the property itself is a budget hotel that offers fair value for money, the management’s attitude completely ruined my experience. I had booked my stay through a travel website at a much lower rate than the one offered directly by the hotel, which clearly displeased them. When I requested an early check-in ’ after being awake for more than 40 hours ’ they refused, stating that because my booking was through Agoda, rooms could only be allotted after guests checked out. Despite seeing that rooms were available, I respected their policy and waited in my friend’s room, who was staying at the same hotel.Earlier during my stay, the General Manager had already behaved unprofessionally by making an unnecessary personal remark about my friend, calling him a ’chain smoker.’ Such a comment was entirely inappropriate and uncalled for.On the day of my checkout, I called the General Manager and asked him to send someone to inspect my checking out. I also informed him that I would need a couple of hours to complete some urgent office work from my friend’s room, as my friend was staying another night. He flatly refused, spoke to me in an abusive tone, and even threatened me. His conduct was shockingly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.Apart from him, the rest of the staff were courteous and polite, which makes his behavior even more disappointing. It’s unfortunate that one individual’s arrogance can damage the reputation of an otherwise decent property. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until such behavior is dealt with appropriately.

Budget hotel, good for stay. Nice place, affordable price.

This review is late, my experience was in 2019. Maintenance is a big issue. The structures are new, so it's okay for now. But cleanliness is a problem. Balconies are dirty, and the entrance needs improvement. Food is an issue, but there are many places to eat outside. I can only guess how it is now. We usually have low cleanliness standards, especially in bathrooms, and only a few notice it.

I stayed one day and accidentally broke a glass, cup, and saucer. The next morning, we had to check out early due to a family emergency. Later, I got a call from a very rude person at the hotel. I told him politely that I couldn't talk at the moment and would call back. But they insisted I broke expensive crockery and demanded payment, claiming I broke two cups, two glasses, and plates. I only remember breaking one glass and one cup. The next morning, I received a threatening message saying they would file a police complaint if I didn't pay. The way the hotel staff spoke to me was very disrespectful; this is not how any hotel should treat their guests.
