The rooms are outdated, but the staff is very helpful. The location is excellent at 3 Monkey Point. You can find all kinds of amenities just by going down to the ground floor. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants, fast food, and general shopping are all easily accessible. The hotel deserves 5 stars for its location, though it is a three-star hotel.
