Hot water is an issue

As there is High costing rooms as executive delux room,no 107 offered us the space in this room is congested. as per price there is no any tub bath. In bath section. and bathroom is highghted steps for olders it is difficult and dengerous as possiblilty of slippery paying high price it is not matching. They given small plastic step to reduce height it is one good point of hotel management.But overall price we paid is too match.As we paid Rs 5400 Approx. As in this price we can get better option in market.It means the room is good clean but rates are very high as per size of room

The hotel charges more than usual, but the rooms and service fall short of expectations. The food, including the so-called morning brunch, is limited and of poor quality. Additionally, the staff's behavior is not satisfactory.

This hotel is among the worst places to stay. The F&B manager behaves rudely and shows no courtesy to guests. We missed breakfast by just a minute, and they refused to serve us, claiming it was staff meal time. The food quality was terrible, and everyone in our group had stomach issues after dinner.

I did not went to the hotel room but i went to eat foods 3rd time. staffs are very polite manager is also very polite seevice is really good food taste is also good, i will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Hotel environment is very positive and fresh..
