Stayed at Hotel Spencer Mumbai for a work trip. My colleague stayed here for business purposes and everything went smoothly. The room was comfortable, the overall stay was pleasant, and the location was convenient for work. Overall, a good experience and would consider staying here again.

My experience was very bad experience. Firstly, the hotel people didn't allow me before checkin time even when rooms were available. Nextly, even after informing 1 extra guest will be staying with me they didn't provided any extra facilities as discussed. But also charged me extra and also rudely argued with me.
