The reservation was broken and the staff was not polite.

Couple • India • Oct 2026I had to wait for about an hour after reaching the hotel for the room to be allocated. The hotel is not well maintained. The bed linen were not clean and bathrooms were dirty. Fungal growth observed on the walls of the room. The staff at reception desk were trainees who were not trained enough on hotels software created billing issues.
