Very cooperative staff. Good cleanliness in the room. However one has to climb one floor to avail the lift for which senior citizens will find difficulty. There is no parking facility in hotel

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel Thane with my family on 27th February for 3 days ,as we were in the middle of relocation and had a lot of luggage with us.The experience was truly super awesome ’’The manager on duty was extremely kind and thoughtful. Seeing our situation, he generously upgraded us to a suite room at no extra cost. The suite was spacious and beautiful ’ a large bedroom, a separate hall, and even a balcony sitting area. It felt luxurious, very comfortable, and extremely well maintained.The hotel overall is clean, neat, and well managed. The staff is courteous and supportive, which made our stay even more pleasant during a hectic relocation time.The only small point is about breakfast ’ it is quite basic and could have had more variety. So if someone is specifically looking for a luxury buffet breakfast spread, this may not meet that expectation.But apart from that, everything else was absolutely super duper awesome. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of. Highly recommended ’’

When the room was handed over it was in very bad condition, not cleaned before handing over the keys. The bed was dusty, bathroom was used and very unhygenic. The first day, cleaning staff missed to clean the room then second day after reminding they did the cleaning and then only it was somewhat okay to live. We chose this hotel as a higher mid range to avoid those low range dirty hotel but this one was just higher range in cost and not in cleaniness or hygine or facilities.

We came to Thane due to the sad demise of my fufaji and chose this hotel because of its close proximity to my bua’s residence. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.After checking in, we discovered that there was no water in the washroom and the flush was not working. We had just arrived by flight and went straight to my bua’s house, so finding out about this issue later caused great inconvenience.Moreover, there is no lift access from the first floor; the lift is available only from the second floor. This important detail was not mentioned on the hotel’s website. My parents, who are unable to climb stairs easily, faced considerable difficulty. Overall, we are going through a very hard time due to these problems.
