Solo Traveller • Sep 2026The experience was absolutely terrible. The rooms themselves are okay, though they lack proper ventilation, but are otherwise clean and decent. However, the staff is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. If you arrive on a two-wheeler, be cautious as they use your vehicle as a makeshift no parking sign. The security personnel are ineffective; their main concern seems to be preventing you from locking your two-wheeler. My scooter was knocked over by someone from Mercury, and the security acted as if it was a common occurrence. The cleaning staff seem uninterested in their duties, often coming just to play loud Bhojpuri or other music with doors open, disturbing guests on the floor. Their cleaning is also careless, frequently forgetting essentials like soap or towels. The receptionist is unhelpful when complaints are made; for example, I reported issues with the AC remote and handwash not working, but these were not addressed during cleaning, forcing me to complain again. Staff enter rooms with their shoes on and question you if you ask them to remove them first. This is the most unprofessional staff I've encountered and a disgrace to the hospitality sector. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
