This is the best hotel you can get nearest to Thane Railway station if you can get a good deal online.Room & Washroom were clean and well maintained.Room service is also great.The only reason I gave 4 star rating because the AC was not cooling the room properly. And the biggest reason is they're providing R.O water in the used packaged water bottles. (They're doing this after cleaning the bottles or some move towards sustainability it's not known)I got to know about it at the very end. As I realised the bottles given to me were unsealed bottles. It would be better if they let guests know what and how they're providing the water.

This place is an absolute disgrace. I have never felt more scammed in my entire life. I paid 10,000 hard-earned money for what? A claustrophobic shoebox with a massive pillar blocking the entire room? The hygiene was genuinely repulsive’the sheets were caked in oil stains and cigarette burns. It was a health hazard.When I asked for clean bedding, the staff had the audacity to say to my face that 'this is all they have.' The sheer arrogance and incompetence are mind-blowing. This isn't a hotel; it’s a robbery. This establishment needs to be shut down immediately. Do not waste a single penny here.

There is no breakfast in hotel ther are providing coupon to eat at Resto which is under hotel premises. They are not giving tea and coffee beg in room. Only 500ml water in room rent. Bed sheet are not cleaned and too much mosquitoes in side hotel room. Not cleaning bathroom properly.
