Today I visited at supreme inn before visiting I had booked a room prior before on check-in time on call I also payed booking amount as per required. I also mention everything in conversation that I need a room for today itself and I will be visiting at the mention time but when I visited there the person on the reception was having an unprofessional behaviour by saying there is no room left. I told i already booked a room before visiting but he was like no sir no booking at all on your name then I show them the conversation i had with then on there what's app number but they still denying it and after i shown the payment screenshot they started listening the call recording and then they started apologising about it also they refunded the money. But my question if I you guys taking prior booking so why you guys not following it that is a very unprofessional behaviour in the management staff. I just wasted my 1.5hr by travelling there

I visited Supreme Inn today after booking a room in advance and paying the required amount over the phone at check-in time. I clearly stated in the conversation that I needed a room for today and would arrive at the specified time. However, when I got there, the receptionist behaved unprofessionally, saying there were no rooms available. I told them I had already booked, but they said there was no reservation under my name. I showed them the WhatsApp conversation, but they still denied it. After showing the payment screenshot, they listened to the call recording and then apologized and refunded my money. My question is, if you accept prior bookings, why don’t you honor them? This is very unprofessional management. I wasted 1.5 hours traveling there.

Rooms are nice, but the location and service leave much to be desired. It's very noisy and heavily polluted.
