I reserved this hotel via Agoda for a two-night visit in May, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. Initially, we were assigned a filthy room that hadn't been cleaned after the last guests. The following morning, I ordered breakfast before an important exam, having confirmed it would arrive on time, but an hour later the cafeteria called to say they had just received the order from reception. I had to leave for my exam without eating. Later that day, our room lost power, and instead of repairing it, we were told to switch rooms. The new room had loud construction noise in the afternoon, making rest impossible, and that night the AC stopped working entirely. Despite repeated complaints, staff kept saying it would start working "soon," but it never did, and we spent the whole night without AC. The next morning, their solution was to ask us to change rooms again, even though we were checking out in a few hours. I also waited nearly two hours to meet the manager, who never appeared, and when I tried to contact him later, he ignored my calls. Throughout our stay, the staff was unhelpful, every problem was met with excuses instead of fixes, and guest comfort was clearly not a priority. I will never book this hotel or use Agoda again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place.

I recently stayed here for a business trip. The location is very convenient and probably the only real advantage of this hotel. However, the rest of my stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering the room, there was a strange, persistent damp odor that didn't go away even with the AC on. The electrical switches in the room were unreliable—many didn't work properly, making it difficult to charge my phone and laptop. Housekeeping was average; they did the minimum when requested but nothing beyond that. Additionally, the main building was under renovation during my visit, with construction materials and loose items scattered near the walkways, which felt unsafe and untidy. I wouldn't recommend this place unless location is your only concern.

The stay was quite disappointing. The room smelled bad, the air conditioning didn't work well, and the floor was damp and felt wet all the time. I asked the reception to switch my room, but they neither helped nor offered any solution. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't suggest staying here.
