Shyanu Lords Eco Inn Airoli - Near Mindspace

Stay was good overall, our room was clean and maintained.The biggest issue for me was that the bed was too small and uncomfortable for two people. I couldn't sleep properly the entire night, which was disappointing considering this was a premium room.The breakfast buffet had only 3-4 options, so it felt a bit limited, but the food tasted good... Dilip from the dining section was very helpful. Despite being the only person managing the section, he was attentive and polite.The reception staff was nice, though they could be a little more warm, courteous and soft in their approach. Room service was quite slow and I had to call twice for almost everything.There were frequent power cuts during my stay, although the backup worked well. The WiFi was also very slow.Overall, it was a decent stay, but given the brand name and global presence, I expected a better experience. Good hotel, but there is definitely room for improvement..!

I came to Shyanu Lords Inn today. As soon as I came here, the staff at the reception welcomed me very warmly, which I liked very much. Then I ordered lunch from their restaurant, within 20 minutes my order was placed and arrived. The name of the person who took the order was Anshu Kumar. He is a very sweet boy. He talks very sweetly to the guests, which I liked very much. All the staff here are very friendly and everyone is jovial. I suggest you all to come here too. I found this to be a very good hotel in Airoli.

I had a very pleasant stay at Shyanu Lords Eco Inn, Airoli. The rooms were neat, clean and well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The hotel location is good and convenient for travel, and nearby facilities are easily accessible. Food quality was also good and hygienic. Overall the stay was comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
