I stayed at this hotel with my family last week. The stay, food, service, and staff were all very good. However, on the morning of April 15th while checking out, there were two reception staff members. The male staff was fine, but the female staff was very arrogant and rude, showing unprofessional behavior. In my room, they had given me a repaired table that was already broken before we checked in. I explained this to the female staff, but she insisted I would have to pay for the table. When the male staff checked it, he agreed it was taped and had loose bolts, confirming it was broken beforehand. Despite this, the female staff argued aggressively and used unprofessional language. This lady could damage your business. Overall, the experience was very good.
