Vistara Residency

During my booking on Agoda, the price was listed as 3500 with Jacuzzi included. However, upon arrival, we found out that only one room, number 401, has Jacuzzi facilities and that room is occupied by the owner, as explained by the staff. I advise against booking Vistara for the whole night. You can hear noises from cats, pigeons, and rats on the roof. The TV remote is unusable; it is said to be a Samsung remote but the TV is an unbranded Chinese model. The bedsheet has a hole, there is a large dusty frame behind the bed, and the AC continuously drips water. If they offer a Vistara room for 2200 or 2000, then it might be worth considering.

While booking they show Jacuzzi but it's not available in the room . I ask for it they are telling only one room have Jacuzzi and it's a owner room so why they mention in Agoda if no Jacuzzi available

The location is an industrial area, but we gone via car so it was all ok.We stayed 25th Dec for 2 days with familyNice clean roomsThe communication with the management was so cool and easy for booking etc.Near by hotel gives extremely delicious food.Nice location to connect different parts of the city.Value for money as well

Poor services, because if you're asking them for drinking water they ll charge more. If you want to checkout one prior and you're letting them know 2 days earlier then also they won't give you refunds... Oh god horrible food taste! Plus they'll charge more for giving services of good in the name of tax.
