Absolutely disgraceful hospitality.This establishment does not honor its commitments. Despite having paid an advance for my party booking, they cancelled it at the last minute ’ simply because another event came along that would generate a higher bill.Such behavior reflects a complete lack of professionalism. The staff are untrained and poorly mannered, and the manager is shockingly incompetent.It’s truly baffling how this hotel is still in operation ’ clearly only sustained by the wealth of its owner, not by the quality of its service.

Rooms are clean. Staff behaviour is optimum. Though house keeping services are available for a limited time I.e. they don't clean room after 3 PM.

Very pathetic experience while day we suffered with ac problem then refrigerator was not working then late night we got shifted to other room with repeated complaints....very bad service and my child got hurt with mirror for which even first aid was not available which is very unbelievable in case of emergencies...very careless attitude of hotel staff and management.....will never recommend to anyone in future to stay here...
