Soul Nest - Pyramid Valley International Bengaluru

I can't thank them enough! The property is beautiful, the staff amazing, and the food splendid. They provide an orientation and a tour of the entire pyramid valley! I also did a paid spa treatment, which was just as wonderful. Definitely a must-visit. One day is sufficient if you don't have kids.

Had a great weekend stay

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was my first trip with my second child, and the soul nest team made it memorable. This is a purely vegetarian, Jain-friendly resort where you can comfortably spend a day or two. The location is excellent, situated at the base of a hill and surrounded by lush greenery. It is located within Pyramid Valley, which was both convenient and interesting. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety and great taste, with Jain options available for everything. They were very accommodating to the kids, even preparing a special spice-free menu for them at my request. The staff was very courteous. The swimming pool is large and roomy. They also have activities and games throughout the day. I would highly recommend this place whether you are a single family or a large group.

We had booked 3 rooms for two nights (3 weeks prior), The place is suppose to be a calm retreat but they had taking a bulk booking of a group and accommodated events for the same ( When we asked the reception they said they werent aware, but all the other staffs said that yes they had taken permission for the same) if they had then why werent other guests informed, because we had come to a resort for some peace and not palace grounds, our experience was worse than a lodge. The big group celebrating thier function treated the property like their own, it was worse than wedding hall, everyone shouting, children running around post 10 pm infact there was noise till 1 am, the common dining area was made so filthy, the guests were eating near the table were buffet was arranged.The above being lack of common sense from the guests but upon multiple complaints the staff didnt support or even tell anything to guests cause they didnt change the behaviour untill they checked out, at 12:30 am i have a recording of me complaining the noise in lobby and outside my room as guests and children are running and shouting and upon asking the manager on duty, HE SUGGESTED THAT IF YOU WANT YOU CAN CHECKOUT. At 12:30 in night rather than managing the guests he is telling me to check out.The entire experience could have been managed if the staff was trained or if they would have told us that there is a event celebration before so we could have made an informed choice whether to keep the booking or not. ITs suppose to be a wellness retreat not a wedding hall.

When we asked the reception, they claimed to be unaware, but other staff confirmed they had permission. If so, why weren't other guests informed? We came for tranquility, not a noisy venue. Our stay was worse than a lodge. The large group treated the property like their own, it felt more like a wedding hall with shouting and children running around past 10 pm, with noise continuing until 1 am. The common dining area was left very dirty, with guests eating near the buffet tables. Despite multiple complaints, staff did not intervene or inform the noisy guests, and the disturbance continued until they checked out. At 12:30 am, I recorded myself complaining about the noise in the lobby and outside my room, with guests and children running and shouting. When I spoke to the manager on duty, he suggested I could check out if I wanted. At 12:30 am, instead of managing the situation, he told me to leave. This entire experience could have been handled better if staff were trained or if we had been informed about the event beforehand, so we could have decided whether to keep the booking. This place is supposed to be a wellness retreat, not a wedding hall.
