The room allotted had a glass door damaged that couldn’t be opened leaving us suffocated inside until the main door was opened, faculties did not help us fix it. Food and location was amazing. Service is okay too much time consuming.

Couple • India • Oct 2026The resort is awesome, rooms, stay, food, and activities, but we observed that room order deliveries are very late, they took so much time for just bringing tea,milk and coffee, also swimming pool was on renovation so we had to go to public pool even after paying for stay, also we faced issue with food timings, we came to breakfast late ~9:30 closing time was 10am but the food staff was not even cared of ppl who are still eating, they simply taking of the food counters while eating, that's very absurd, staff can close the new ppl who are coming post 10am but how can they remove the food counters who are still in restaurant, apart from this stay wise and location wise the property was very good

However, cleanliness was a major letdown, while the facilities felt limited, so the property has clear room for improvement despite its strong location and service.

Such a waste place it is and noone should fall for any kind of advertisement of this place.We had visited this place this weekend with our 3 months old and the experience is very very disappointing. First of all the service is very poor, we had to call for minimum 3 times and wait for half an hour just for a water bottle every time. Then comes the room comfort; the bed and sofa provided is so uncomfortable and you will come back with body pain from this place. This is no way a retreat and i would not recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing stay.
