Good resort to stay
The staff behavior was extremely poor and unprofessional. The heater in our room was not working, and even after complaining at the front office, they took around 45 minutes to address the issue. They also did not provide the promised campfire, giving only silly and unacceptable reasons instead of properly communicating the situation. The room was not clean or hygienic, and the overall condition was very disappointing. The property looks much better in the photos than it actually is. In my experience, the pictures were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the rooms.Overall, the service, cleanliness, staff behavior, and facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please check recent reviews carefully before booking.
