’I had a very disappointing experience at this resort. The location is not good, and the rooms are in very poor condition. The management team is also extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. We had a lovely family stay at Spring Munnar Resort.The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for staying with kids.The staff were extremely kind, caring, and supportive, which made us feel at home.The restaurant food was very tasty and they kindly customized dishes for our children.The swimming pool was clean and safe, and our kids really enjoyed it.Overall, it was a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay for our entire family. We stayed at Spring Munnar Resort and were given Room 117, which had a beautiful view of the tea plantations. The room was very clean and comfortable.The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.The hill-valley scenery around the resort was absolutely stunning.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Munnar.
