I visited Neemrana today and unfortunately stayed at Hotel Starlit suites Neemrana,The experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The staff was highly unprofessional and lacked basic guest-handling skills. No assistance was provided with my luggage, and I had to manage four suitcases on my own.Upon entering the room, it was dusty, poorly maintained, and clearly not prepared for guests. The hotel does not provide proper king-size beds; instead, two single beds are joined together, making the stay very uncomfortable. The bathrooms were unhygienic, with visible rust and dirt.To make matters worse, at 9:30 PM the hotel informed us that their kitchen was not operational and no food was available. Guests were told to rely on Zomato or Swiggy, which were also not delivering to this location. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly urge hotel industry authorities and relevant regulators to take note of such unprofessional practices and investigate this property. I would advise travelers to avoid this hotel and not waste their money.

The rooms are decently clean and can accommodate a family of three. The staff members are courteous. Specially the F&b staffs Sheetal Prateek and Neeraj were very careful of our needs. Only let down was the small size of the washrooms.
