I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. I stayed there and had the worst experience ever. At night, when we came back from the market, our parking spot was taken by guests attending the owner's birthday party at the hotel. We, as hotel guests, had to wander around looking for parking in heavy rain. When we asked the guard, he said he couldn't do anything and told us to park wherever we could. The service was very slow; the tea we ordered arrived after about an hour, and instead of the complimentary cookies, we got some roadside "mathris." They charged 600 RS for three cups of tea. This is a place where you have to park your expensive vehicle on the road because of the owner's party. So, my honest advice is not to book this hotel just because it says "Sterling." In one word: "PATHETIC." I don't understand who gave them 5 stars; they deserve zero.

I want to sincerely thank Mr. Manj Pandey (Captain) and Ms. Soni for their outstanding hospitality and kind service. They made sure every guest felt welcomed and well looked after during the entire stay. The food was incredibly tasty, with great quality, flavor, and presentation. Their professionalism, polite attitude, and commitment clearly showed the high standards of Sterling. Thanks for making the experience so pleasant and unforgettable.

The stay was excellent, with tasty food, warm hospitality, and very helpful staff members like Garima, Rashmi, Abhay, Aman, and Manoj.

Enjoyed a great stay. The staff were very friendly. The hotel's atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent.
