Sterling Valley of Pine Lansdowne

Extremely disappointing stay. The entire property is constructed from prefabricated materials, with dirty rooms and bathrooms, and low-quality fittings and furniture. Walking in the room causes loud floor noises, making it uncomfortable both inside and due to noise from rooms above and below. The food is the worst you could get, especially considering the high price paid. The staff seem to only know the price list; if you ask them anything else, they just respond by quoting the tariff.

The hotel's location is fantastic and very convenient. The staff are welcoming, supportive, and deliver excellent service. The food is also tasty and of high quality. On the downside, the hotel is constructed with a steel frame, causing considerable noise that can be bothersome. Parking is quite limited, which is a significant problem. Additionally, there is no play area for children, which was disappointing for our kids. Overall, the stay was pleasant due to the location, staff, and food. If the hotel could address the noise, improve parking, and add a play area for children, the experience would be much better.

Bad experience. Don't deceive yourself into thinking this is Sterling's genuine property. They only took the name. The restaurant is poor, the swimming pool is bad, and the buffet is like that of a 1-star hotel. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We recently visited Sterling Valley of Pine and had an amazing time. It’s an ideal spot for family and friends to stay. The setting is stunning, the rooms are cozy, and the hospitality is outstanding. A big thank you to the General Manager, who was modest, friendly, and made sure our visit was enjoyable. The reception team was very polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service during our entire stay was top-notch, making us feel right at home. I strongly suggest Sterling Valley of Pine, especially for longer visits. We would definitely want to come back!

The rooms are in poor condition. We had to switch rooms twice within two days.
