Hamilton palace

The view is stunning. The rooms are pleasant, but the housekeeping service was lacking. We needed to have our room linens replaced upon arrival. The food was mediocre as well.

The services are fantastic, especially regarding the location and the views. I definitely want to come back. The best aspect of this place is the food, which is often a big issue in the UK, but here I would rate it 5/5. Keep it up, guys! 🎉🎉🎉

Terrible stay. Even though I booked the superior room on the first floor and paid more than the basic option, the room given was right next to the reception, making it very noisy. Being woken up at 4am on vacation by loud phone rings or hearing staff and guests talking during the day is the last thing you want on a well-earned break. The management, including Raghav (booking in charge) and Amit (front office manager), were not helpful, only offering a smaller ground floor room with less privacy, suggesting I find another hotel last minute which is tough with family luggage, and finally giving a discount on the stay. But the discount doesn't fix the ruined experience. The restaurant is also poor quality and overpriced. The location is off the main road and may be difficult to reach for some. I strongly recommend the neighboring resort, The Woods, where paying extra actually means a pleasant vacation experience.
