I had a really good stay here and enjoyed my time overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the view was absolutely amazing. The location was beautiful and bright, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and guided us well throughout our stay. Everything was good and made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it.

The location is beautiful, and the valley views from the room are truly stunning. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a peaceful environment to relax and enjoy nature.The hotel features good amenities, including a swimming pool and pleasant outdoor spaces that add to the overall experience. The hospitality extended by the staff, especially the Front Office team, made the stay enjoyable.A special thanks once again to Ms. Priyanka for her excellent support and warm hospitality. Our stay at Q Nest Cloud End was truly wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. As a group of five women, safety and comfort were our top priorities, and the hotel made us feel secure and welcome from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised when our rooms were upgraded to a suite, which made the experience even more special. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking valley views. Watching the sunset from our balcony every evening was simply magical.The hospitality of the staff deserves special appreciation. Every member of the team was courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, and the overall service was exceptional throughout our stay. We stayed at this property in June 2026, and overall, it was a great stay. Let me make it clear that this hotel is almost perfect, with just a few hiccups.The major one was the limited availability of food items, even though they were listed on the menu. Secondly, the property is located in Jaiharikhal (above Lansdowne), and there are very few alternative dhabas or restaurants in the vicinity, which further limits the dining options. Lastly, while the hotel staff was cooperative most of the time, the room service was a bit slow, and we had to follow up 3’4 times even to get drinking water.Another small disappointment was that the property advertises a gym and games room, but the facilities are quite basic. The gym consists of just a single treadmill, while the games room is a small space next to the swimming pool with a mini table tennis table, a pool table, and a carrom board. While these facilities are present, they may not meet expectations if you’re specifically looking for recreational amenities.One more thing worth noting is that if you don’t book a room with a balcony, there isn’t really a dedicated rooftop or viewing area to enjoy the stunning scenery. The pool area is the only open common space with views, but when families and children are around, it can get quite noisy and takes away from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty of the location.That being said, the hotel manager is really helpful and kind. He adjusted our breakfast on the last day by arranging takeaway sandwiches since we checked out early. The view from the property is amazing, and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful. If you’re looking for a chill, relaxing getaway or a quiet place to work remotely, this hotel is still highly recommended despite the minor shortcomings.
