Really disappointing experience, way overhyped and the service was lacking.👎

### Extremely Disappointing ExperienceThis was easily one of the **worst hospitality experiences I have ever had**, and I would strongly caution anyone against booking this property.We booked this place specifically hoping for a **peaceful and relaxing stay**, but instead found ourselves dealing with **dirty, dingy and poorly maintained rooms with visible fungus/mould**, along with **construction work happening across the property and continuous noise and disturbance**. The condition of the property was nowhere close to what was expected or represented at the time of booking.What made the experience even worse was the **attitude and complete lack of professionalism from the staff**. When we raised our concerns at reception, the lady at the reception simply told us, *’Talk to the third party you booked through. We cannot do anything.’* That was apparently the extent of the assistance they were willing to provide.We were a group of **6 people ’ 3 couples**. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation, **no reasonable solution was offered for nearly two hours**. By the time they finally suggested accommodating all six of us in **one family room**, we had already been left with no choice but to **book another property ourselves**, because we could not continue wasting our time waiting for the property to take responsibility for the situation.The irony is that **after we had already made alternative arrangements and booked another property**, they suddenly came up with a so-called solution. This was far too late and completely irrelevant by that point.What is even more unacceptable is that, instead of acknowledging their shortcomings, the management has now resorted to **putting the blame on us and making false/inaccurate claims about what actually happened**. Rather than addressing a genuine customer complaint professionally, they seem more interested in protecting themselves from accountability.To be very clear: **the issue was not merely an inconvenience ’ it was the property’s poor condition, ongoing construction, excessive noise, unacceptable accommodation standards and the staff’s dismissive and unprofessional conduct.**We came here looking for **peace of mind and a pleasant stay**, and instead spent hours arguing, waiting for assistance and ultimately paying for another property because this one failed to provide even the most basic level of hospitality.**Extremely poor experience. Extremely poor customer service. Absolutely no accountability. I would not recommend this property to anyone.**

You must visit this place! It was the best stay I've had in Lansdowne!

A hidden gem in Lansdowne! We visited as a group of friends and loved every moment here. The peaceful atmosphere, scenic surroundings, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. It’s the perfect resort for anyone looking to unwind away from city life. Highly recommended for girls’ trips and weekend escapes.
