The room that we got was not cleaned properly . the staff service was very slow. we liked the breakfast provided and the area but the room given was not at all worth the price we paid for it. The washroom kept on stinking , the wall was chipped and the room was dusty. we paid for connect room and the service provided was not satisfactory. the location and resort can improve alot with timely service and customer care
I had an absolutely terrible experience at Zone Connect Hotel, Lansdowne. From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing any concerns.There was no view from the room, which was extremely disappointing given the location. The room itself was in horrible condition’dirty floors, stained bedsheets, and a strong unpleasant smell that made it difficult to stay inside. Basic amenities were missing, showing a clear lack of attention to guest comfort.To make matters worse, the bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained, making the stay even more uncomfortable.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The property is beautifully secluded, offering the peace we were looking for.Highlights:Events: They arranged a brilliant private party with a DJ and bonfire’perfect for our group.Food & Service: Amazing food and prompt service throughout our stay.Property: The rooms are situated on different levels, and the top-level garden offers stunning panoramic views. The pool was operational, though understandably cold in Feb!Note on Accessibility: Parking is roadside and involves a 5-10 minute uphill walk. However, the hotel staff was excellent and assisted with luggage both ways, so it wasn't an issue for us. Great spot for teams!
