Zone Connect by The Park Lansdowne

The location of the property is one of the best giving all round view of the valley and the mountains. The cottages are so well designed that staying in them is a treat. We stayed at the property a number of times and every time we had great experience. A special thanks to Col TC Sharma (the owner if the resort) for his hospitality, liveliness and eye for detail. We strongly recommend this property at Lansdowne.

We went for dinner at the resort. Though it has always been our all time favourite however ever time we visit the vibes seems to be more energetic and soothing. The food was no doubt awesome but the layout of the sitting next to the pool and the view of the valley and the ridge line of Lansdowne was breathtaking. Being an ex army officers venture the staff to carries the traits of discipline, compassion and humbleness. We were treated as we were some kings and queens.We are so thankful to Col TC Sharma and his team for the great experience we had at the resort. We strongly recommend this property to all visiting Lansdowne.

I booked two Luxe rooms at this property. Here is a breakdown of my experience:Pros:Excellent Location: The resort offers beautiful, scenic views.Peaceful Atmosphere: Located about 200 meters off the main road, making it very quiet and serene.Cons:No Air Conditioning: This is a non-AC resort, which was not clearly specified during booking. For a property charging ’10,000 per night, AC is a basic necessity. When I brought this up, the manager simply stated that AC was not listed under their amenities. Lesson learned: always double-check the amenity list, even for 3-star or 4-star rated properties.Dated Infrastructure: The property looks very old and needs maintenance.Limited Buffet Options: The food selection was incredibly disappointing for the price point. The buffet only included two vegetarian options, one non-vegetarian option, and gulab jamun for dessert.Final Verdict: I expected much better facilities and service after paying ’10,000 per night

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Zone Connect Hotel, Lansdowne. From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing any concerns.There was no view from the room, which was extremely disappointing given the location. The room itself was in horrible condition’dirty floors, stained bedsheets, and a strong unpleasant smell that made it difficult to stay inside. Basic amenities were missing, showing a clear lack of attention to guest comfort.To make matters worse, the bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained, making the stay even more uncomfortable.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We booked multiple rooms for an office group and had a very pleasant stay. The property is beautifully secluded, offering the peace we were looking for.Highlights:Events: They arranged a brilliant private party with a DJ and bonfire’perfect for our group.Food & Service: Amazing food and prompt service throughout our stay.Property: The rooms are situated on different levels, and the top-level garden offers stunning panoramic views. The pool was operational, though understandably cold in Feb!Note on Accessibility: Parking is roadside and involves a 5-10 minute uphill walk. However, the hotel staff was excellent and assisted with luggage both ways, so it wasn't an issue for us. Great spot for teams!
