I went with my girlfriend and stayed here for a day and a night. The experience was lovely as they serve very good food so you don't have to worry about meals, and also the location and the view from our balcony was very pretty. Totally worth it. I was in a super deluxe room.

Even we were the only guest in hotel,They didn’t even provide basic service and breakfast was awful. I will not recommend those hotel.We had to remind them for toiletries and rooms are not upto the expectations as per the price

Unsafe and Disappointing Stay

Hi team, This was for the first time I have booked it through your platform but it was not at all a good experience.I will share all the points with you which will make you feel so unsafe and uncomfortable that it will give you goosebumps. So I will start from the scratch Me, my wife along with our 10 month old month baby were travelling to landsdwone on 15th of March from ramnagar uttrakhand at around 9:30 am morning. OurMy mother in law also joined us. While we were travelling we were in touch with the host understanding about our destination. Now, I will quickly come to main issues what happened next : 1) The room that we saw on your website and the room where we stayed are completely different. I paid almost 5700 for 2 nights to spend my night with my family in a room which is completely different. 2) Issues with the room : Dampness on every corner of the room. It seems host is only interested in earning money and nothing else. The room that they offered me and my family to stay is completely unsafe for my baby. The day I checked in I told him that I spoke with you over the phone about a room with balcony and he did tell me that he will upgrade it. And please make a note that I told him about this before I started my trip from Original destination that is from delhi. But the time I reached there he said all room are completely booked which is strange. People who came after me were given better options to stay but me and my family were offered the worst room. 3) The room that we stayed for 2 nights was filled with spider webs, color stains, unrecognised sticky floor patches untidy curtains.4) On the day before check out me and my entire family couldn't sleep all night as the Water pump beside our room kept running all night and still there was not water in the washroom. I don't understand why the pump was on all night, is it something they are trying to scare us or the wild animals as we can clearly see the jungle right from our window. Sleepless night at sunny pines 5) No breakfast was offered but it was mentioned in our itinerary. 6) No proper parking was offered the day I checked in.
