Sunny Pines Resort

This resort just manages to be average, lacking any standout features. The rooms are smaller than expected and don't match the high prices. Service is below par, often messing up simple requests. The manager seems detached from guests, showing a routine rather than committed attitude. Only a major price cut would make this place seem like a fair deal.

Room was not ready at the time of checkin, room was not clean and minimum accessories like soap, ketle, brush and paste, tea arrange ment was not available.Response and response time was very poor.

I recently stayed at Sunny Pines Hotel and reserved a super deluxe room with air conditioning, but upon arrival, I was given a non-AC deluxe room instead. The room was dirty, and the balcony was extremely filthy. I didn't want to stay there again, but since I had already paid, I had to manage. The hotel staff did nothing to help, even after I requested a room change or the one I had originally booked. The breakfast was poor, with parathas undercooked on the outside. Parking space is limited. I strongly advise against booking this room. You might be better off coming here directly and choosing a different, better room at this price. There are many hotels nearby with parking and superior facilities.

Pleasant stay with good facilities at a reasonable price

Overall a positive experience, located 8 km before Landsdown, peaceful surroundings, friendly and courteous staff, good food with reasonable portions.
