During our recent stay, no water was available in the hotel. We had to book other hotel in the morning in order to freshen up. Owner should arrange basic amenities before taking the bookings.
Some manager gupta was too rude, not even picking calls and demanding extra money and ruining our trip. Even when we reached no one picked even a single call and the way towards the hotel was horrible and at night not even a single light was there and no staff was picking the call even Gupta after calling more than 10 times did not picked the call at midnight and sent staff to our room to argue. Even was screaming on the call talking bullshit about hospitality. Never ever trust this hotel and staff.
