We had a great family time at Sultanbaug resort. Rooms are very specius and also in night time seating arrangements outside room was excellent. Food was very tasty and staff was so helpful. We had great time

Low water pressure in their cottages. Go there if you are ok to throw bucket of water to flush the toilet. They tried but could not fix it.Food was good but not lavish. Lawns and pool was well maintained.

My family members Stayed at Sultan Bagh Resort, few days back. They liked the rooms, food quality, & ambience. Resort is well maintained. Moreover staff is very good

I stayed here for 1 day and the experience was very bad. The tent was really unhygienic and the bathroom had so many problems in terms of flush and jet. In the room as well AC remote was not given it was not good experience.The kitchen and the mess was very unhygienic we couldn’t eat. The property is big but it is very undeveloped and no maintenance. The staff is also not polite

I stayed in this resort and I had very high expectations with this resort as I have stayed in it previously when it was with 1589 group. Now it is with some The Sky Imperial group.The property is in worst possible condition. I booked the luxury cottage room which is the most premium room in this hotel. It was an experience staying there. The rooms were infested by insects, spiders and lizards. Stray dogs and cats roaming around the property. When the most luxurious rooms of this property are in such a shabby condition, I cannot even imagine what will be the conditions of lower category rooms which are actually tents. The only breakfast options are poha/upma, parantha, tea/coffee, banana and eggs. It’s same everyday. There is no shade available to park your vehicle.Washrooms are as dirty as they can be. Broken washbasins, dirty and non flushing commode, cheap plastic showers are just a few things to mention.The connection to the wall fan was disconnected, only a window AC in the room which if you are lucky, the staff would be able to arrange its remote. The room is dimly lit and especially no light at the dressing area. Also the room lacks basic storage.You could find several stains on the linen. If you try to give tip to any staff, they will literally snatch it from your hands and push it in their pockets.Overall a very pathetic stay. I paid Rs. 4500/- per night for the luxury cottage room and it was equivalent to Rs. 500/- room. Even the rooms of OYO are very than this resort.
