Room was clean, neat, and reasonably priced

The room is clean and pleasant, the staff are helpful, and the receptionist is very kind. The atmosphere is nice, making it a good experience.

Suitable for brief local visits but not recommended for extended stays. I spent a month here and wouldn't suggest it for stays longer than a month. Although it's called a "homestay," it feels more like a badly run hotel without any homely atmosphere. The owner seems unaccountable and mainly concerned with payments rather than guest comfort. Positives include safety for women, seniors, and children, with honest and kind staff. There's an auto stand right across, which is convenient, and it's okay if you have your own vehicle or need a short stay near AIIMS. Nearby hotels, grocery, and medical shops exist but require walking or transport; online delivery apps work but can be unreliable. Negatives include poor management and amenities: no elevator (hard for seniors), no washing machine, a neglected common fridge from which my water bottles were stolen twice without any management response. The receptionist is immature and slow to address service requests. My room (16, 1st floor) had ongoing cockroach and insect issues, a broken window handle preventing opening, no proper wardrobe or hooks, and very weak WiFi forcing me to use mobile data. The location is in a rundown area with broken roads that worsen in rain and heat. Ride services like Uber or Rapido often cancel, requiring booking an hour ahead. No food options are available on-site. Despite a no-smoking policy, other guests smoked, and poor ventilation let the smell enter my closed room. For the price, the room cleaning is below standard. Nearby guest houses offer better facilities, including food, at the same price, so choose carefully.

The rooms are very clean and everything is well organized. The staff's behavior is also excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.
