I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children.The rooms were in very poor condition, and cleanliness standards were disappointing. The bathroom door would not lock properly and was damaged, and the washbasin was not functioning correctly.The staff and reception team were uncooperative and provided very poor customer service. They even charged extra for drinking water. When I requested a small extra bed for my child, I was charged an additional 400 AED.The hotel also advertises parking facilities, but in reality, they rely on public parking, which does not feel secure for guests' vehicles.Overall, the hotel showed little concern for guest comfort or needs. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here, particularly if you are traveling with children.
I take 2 rooms. Room was too small and dirty bathroom was too bad staff behavior was rude and not polite at last breakfast... It was just like for beggers. Never u book this property. Especially family.
No TV, no WiFi, no shower facility, water leakage but charged extra Rs.500 for early check-in.Checked out a day earlier as the service provided was terrible
