Avoid This Scam Property – Poor Hygiene and Unprofessional Staff

I checked out just two hours after checking in because the property was extremely dirty. Nothing had been cleaned properly—the washroom, the bed, and the room overall were all unclean. The bed even had multiple hair strands on it when I arrived, which was completely unacceptable.On top of that, the lift's safety sensor was not working properly. It could stop between floors without detecting anything which is a serious safety concern.What was even more disappointing was the receptionist's behavior. When I informed him about these issues before leaving, he told me to file a complaint. However, when I contacted customer support about an hour after leaving, the receptionist shamelessly lied to the customer care representative, claiming that I had never raised any complaints and had simply left without saying anything.The entire experience was extremely disappointing due to both the poor hygiene standards and the dishonest handling of the complaint.
