Very disappointing experience. The staff behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. I requested an early check-in, but instead of handling the request properly, they simply denied it and then demanded extra money for allowing an early check-in.The way the staff communicated and treated the guest was unacceptable. Charging extra is one thing, but the rude attitude and poor customer service made the experience much worse. Definitely not the kind of hospitality you expect from a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again.
