My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to multiple issues. The biggest concern was the behavior of the reception staff. They were very unprofessional and insisted that I pay an extra ₹500, claiming that my online booking price was too low. They initially refused to allot the room unless I paid the additional amount, which was completely unacceptable. I had to escalate the issue by contacting the Ixigo support team. Thankfully, they handled the situation efficiently and helped resolve the problem, after which the hotel finally provided me with a room. I sincerely thank the Ixigo team for their prompt support. Apart from this, the overall hospitality was poor. There was no proper welcome, no smiles from the staff, and basic amenities like water bottles were not provided. The hotel also lacks room service, which made the stay even more inconvenient. Food is another major issue. There are no restaurants nearby, so the only options are to either order food online or walk a long distance, or book a ride just to get a meal. The location itself feels isolated, with nothing available in the surrounding area. Overall, the experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for travelers expecting basic service and convenience.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very clean, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The housekeeping team did an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness throughout. The hospitality was impressive, with staff being courteous and always ready to help.
