Hotel is very good fantastic, breakfast also very good, staff also nice and help full, everything is good. Only small thing is washroom water is little oily. Other then everything is fantastic..

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. We had a very large gathering of family and friends for a joyous occasion, and the staff were so sweet, kind and accommodative to all our needs. The hotel in itself is a 5* quality for me. The loft restaurant was particularly aesthetic and served some great meals. Overall, our experience was a 10/10.

Unacceptable Harassment & ServiceStay Dates: Feb 17 ’ Feb 20Summary: While the rooms are good, the restaurant experience was the worst I have encountered in a professional hotel. We were treated with suspicion and open hostility.The Incident:’ Day 1: Two of us ordered a la carte while our colleagues had inclusive packages. We were not served plates or food for an hour. We initially thought this was a mistake, but it turned out to be intentional to prevent "food sharing."’ Day 2 (The Confrontation): When the same thing happened, we asked the Manager to intervene. Instead of helping, his behavior was shocking.’ He told us to change tables because "sharing is not allowed."’ Even after explaining we had a separate a la carte order, he told us: "Don't mix the food, I am watching you people on CCTV."’ Management Response: We escalated this to his senior, who apologized for the manager's irrational behavior and waived the bill.Conclusion:Being threatened with CCTV cameras while trying to have a professional dinner is "horrible." No guest should be made to feel like a thief. The accommodation is fine, but I cannot recommend this hotel due to the insulting treatment by the restaurant staff and management.

People point out specific team members who went out of their way to help, which says a lot about the culture at this property. Breakfast service ’ usually buffet with cooked-to-order options ’ also gets regular praise.Food & Extras:The in-house dining options, including The Loft restaurant and bar, get positive mentions for variety and quality. The attached convention centre and banquet spaces are a bonus if you’re in town for events or weddings. Just be aware that sound from events late into the night has disturbed some stays ’ something worth checking with front desk if you’re a light sleeper.Overall:This isn’t a cookie-cutter budget hotel ’ it’s a well-rounded option with thoughtful design, good service, and a central location. For most visitors, it’s a strong value pick in Mangaluru; just manage expectations around traffic noise or occasional room maintenance issues.
