I am writing to formally escalate a series of concerns regarding a noticeable decline in service quality and operational efficiency at the property following the recent management transition.Historically, this hotel set a strong benchmark for guest experience and operational excellence. Unfortunately, recent stays indicate a consistent deterioration across multiple touchpoints.Core in-room amenities are no longer reliably available. The absence of a kettle in the room, despite being a stated standard provision, resulted in unnecessary time loss and inconvenience. Such gaps between promised offerings and actual delivery reflect execution and audit failures.Housekeeping standards have also declined. Used soap was found in the bathroom, raising serious concerns around hygiene protocols, supervision, and quality assurance. Visible cost-optimization measures, such as the use of impractically small tea cups, negatively impact guest perception while offering negligible financial benefit.There also appears to be staff overdeployment without commensurate productivity or service improvement. This increases operating costs while reducing efficiency and accountability.The checkout experience was particularly problematic. Card payment systems were non-functional across gateways, causing significant delays. Only UPI transactions were operational, highlighting infrastructure reliability issues at a critical guest interaction point.Compounding this issue, the morning front desk handling by Mr. Subhrajit Das was inefficient and poorly coordinated. A substantial amount of time was wasted during checkout, followed by repeated calls and messages from a personal number requesting the same payment screenshot multiple times. This lack of process clarity and professionalism created avoidable stress and nearly resulted in a missed flight. Such lapses at checkout represent a serious risk to guest trust and brand credibility.I have been a regular guest for over two years; however, the current value proposition no longer aligns with the tariff being charged. In an increasingly competitive market, a strategy of increasing prices while simultaneously reducing service quality will inevitably lead to customer attrition and long-term brand erosion.This feedback is shared constructively and in the interest of course correction. I strongly recommend a leadership-level review of on-ground operations, staffing effectiveness, payment infrastructure, and service governance to prevent further reputational and revenue impact.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The rooms and services are not suitable for families. The bathroom was very smelly, the floor was dirty, and even the bathroom mirror was broken. There was no hot water, and the overall cleanliness was extremely poor.What makes it worse is that the hotel charges very high prices compared to the actual quality of the room, service, and food. The food quality was below average and definitely not worth the amount they charge.This was a very disappointing stay. The experience was completely different from what the Google reviews showed. I will not choose this hotel again and I do not recommend it to others.Chandrashekara

Spacious, clean and well maintained room and bathroom. Airport is about 20 minutes from stay and ubers are easily available at this location. WiFi was reliable throughout the stay. TV was not working properly. Restaurant in top floor have decent food and affordable too. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
