Hotel City Center Residency

I reached out to City Centre Residency for help arranging a vegetarian meal for a small group of 14 people after a funeral, along with a room for my elderly relative in their eighties. Despite the short notice of less than 24 hours, both requests were handled efficiently, with the General Manager Mr. Abrar Khan and front desk staff Mr. Abdul showing great responsiveness and compassion. The suite on the ground floor was ideal for my relative who has limited mobility, and it also served as a comfortable space to gather with friends who had traveled a long way to attend. The food was delicious, the variety impressive, and the service outstanding. Overall, it was a wonderful experience during a tough time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We are very grateful to Mr. Abrar Khan and Mr. Abdul for their excellent service.

Staying at City Center Residency, Indiranagar was a truly delightful experience. Its prime location in the center of Indiranagar makes it very easy to explore Bangalore while staying close to everything you might need. What really made the stay special was the welcoming atmosphere. The hotel felt more like a cozy home than a typical hotel. The staff were sincerely friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, inviting, and well-kept, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The hospitality throughout my visit was outstanding, leaving me with warm memories long after departure. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and genuine service in Bangalore.

We reserved two rooms at Hotel City Centre Residency, Indiranagar and enjoyed a great stay. The whole team, including housekeeping, was polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. Our rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, which enhanced our comfort during the stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, with many dining options and the metro station just a brief walk away. It is located in a quiet and well-kept area, away from traffic, noise, and constant honking, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The only suggestion for improvement is to have staff available to help guests with luggage during early morning check-outs. We left at 6:00 a.m., and assistance with our bags would have been very helpful. In general, we had a very enjoyable experience and would gladly recommend City Centre Residency to anyone seeking a comfortable stay in a prime location.
