Hotel needs maintenance.
I had contacted the City Centre Residency for assistance with a vegetarian meal for a small group (14 people) post funeral as well as a room for my octogenarian relative. At less than 24 hours notice both of these were sorted and both the General Manager Mr Abrar Khan and front desk person Mr Abdul were very responsive and empathetic.The room which was a suite on the ground floor was perfect for the needs of my octagenarian relative with poor mobility, as well as provided a place to meet friends who had travelled from far to attend. The food was very tasty, the spread was sumptuous, and the service was par excellence.Overall a great experience at a difficult time- have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Our deepest appreciation and thanks to Mr Abrar Khan and Mr Abdul for a great service.

Despite the short notice of less than 24 hours, both requests were handled efficiently, with the General Manager Mr. Abrar Khan and front desk staff Mr. Abdul showing great responsiveness and compassion. The suite on the ground floor was ideal for my relative who has limited mobility, and it also served as a comfortable space to gather with friends who had traveled a long way to attend. The food was delicious, the variety impressive, and the service outstanding. Overall, it was a wonderful experience during a tough time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We are very grateful to Mr. Abrar Khan and Mr. Abdul for their excellent service.
