I am very disappointed with my recent stay at the resort. The main issue was the way the staff handled the extra adult room accommodation charges.Instead of explaining the charges politely and professionally, the staff behaved rudely and made the situation uncomfortable. I understand that additional charges may apply for an extra adult, but the way the matter was communicated and handled was completely unacceptable.Guests expect respectful treatment and clear communication, especially when there is a difference regarding charges. Unfortunately, the staff’s behaviour significantly affected our overall experience.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, trains the staff on professional guest handling, and ensures that such incidents do not happen with future guests.
We had stayed here for 1day 1night and the service and stay was amazing. we will not get bored since there are many activities around the resort.The stay was amazing.
