I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Bankhim Residency. The manager was very rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. The service was poor, and the staff did not seem interested in addressing guests' concerns.One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the complimentary breakfast, but the hotel restaurant was not even open as expected. Even basic necessities such as drinking water were not provided properly. Additionally, the rooms were not clean, and no room cleaning service was carried out during our stay.Overall, the hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to others and hope the management takes serious steps to improve the guest experience.

My stay at Bankhim Residency was very disappointing. The manager behaved rudely and unprofessionally the entire time. The service was lacking, and the staff appeared uninterested in resolving guest issues. We chose the hotel partly for its free breakfast, but the restaurant was unexpectedly closed. Basic needs like drinking water were not properly provided. The rooms were dirty, and housekeeping did not clean during our stay. Hospitality, cleanliness, and service were all far below what I expected. I cannot recommend this place and hope management makes improvements soon.
