Location is extremely bad, nothing to the standard of Novotel brand. Except a rooftop swimming pool, the breakfast is very basc. Absolutely not value for money. At same price one can get Radisson or Novotel in the city. Would never recommend this. They also charge more to in house guests for food then outside.
The rooms are spacious, but they are not very clean. The bathrooms were also not cleaned properly. Overall, the room maintenance is poor. Considering that this is a five-star hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep.
