The Byke Boutique - Mahakal Aangan - Ujjain

Great room... definitely a worthwhile investment!

The hotel shows promise, but upkeep and service require enhancement. The room was mediocre, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, and the food quality fell short. I anticipated a far better stay given the hotel's rating.

It was too costly, rooms were average. The bathroom was stinking with bad smell, when asked to clean, they just sprayed room freshner. I got my room exchanged then, but the bed quality was pretty bad. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, there were cobwebs on the tables/chairs/ windows. The room service was okay, i ordered tea and soup which were decent.Location wise though it is quite near to Mahakal temple, it is just under the bridge and the autos have to take huge route due to construction work. I found it really difficult while going back from Harsiddhi mata temple, so had to go back to neelkanth main gate and then boarded the auto which was charged triple the fare!!

I reserved The Byke Boutique - Mahakal Aangan via EaseMyTrip. The hotel's pictures on the app looked great, but upon arrival, I found the place to be very disappointing. The toilet seat was broken. When I raised this with the manager, he offered me a different room, but it had stagnant water. Because EaseMyTrip doesn't allow cancellations, I lost my booking money and chose not to stay here. I advise others to avoid this hotel.

Main thing is that they charge me extra for early check in and also there is no proper instruction guide what they provide because when i ask for kettle they said its chargeable but in the room it was mentioned as amenities then it should be included in room.
