I am very disappointed with my stay at The Byke Old Anchor Resort. There was no Wi-Fi available in the room, there were electricity failures during my stay, and the room was dusty and nothing like what was shown on the website. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I believe a refund is warranted.That said, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the staff. *** were exceptionally helpful, professional, and pleasant throughout my stay. Their kindness and willingness to assist were the only highlights of an otherwise disappointing experience. Thank you, *** for your outstanding hospitality.
The hotel is not fulfilling the services that written on the portal, like no wifi service, no telephone to contact receptionist in the room, its inside from the town.
Dont book this hotel as the property is too old & nothing works , not even basic amenitiesAC gets tripped , water gettijng logged in bathroomOnly thing which I liked the most is the location
