Stayed at Byke Old Heritage with my friends and the experience was extremely disappointing.The AC was leaking water continuously, and the fridge in the room was not working from day one. After complaining for 2 days, they finally replaced it with another fridge — but that one also didn’t work.We also kept requesting them to recharge the TV connection. It took around 12 calls and 2 days just to get the TV working. On top of that, housekeeping service was terrible. I’ve already made around 15 calls for housekeeping and still nobody has come.The staff response is very slow, management seems careless, and basic room maintenance is completely ignored. Definitely not the kind of service expected from a hotel stay in Goa. Very frustrating experience overall.
The AC next to the room had issues, creating heavy noise throughout the night. Housekeeping also came to ask for the hair dryer back at 11:45 PM.
