We recently booked a group of 10 rooms at this property. While the stay experience was satisfactory, we were disappointed with the lack of flexibility in handling group bookings.In the hospitality industry, it is a common practice to consider certain benefits (such as a complimentary room for the tour leader or tour executive ) for group reservations of this scale. Despite our request, no such consideration or alternative adjustment was provided.For travel professionals and group organizers, flexibility and understanding of industry standards are important factors when choosing a partner property.We hope the management will consider adopting more accommodating policies for group bookings in the future.

5/5 ’Staying here was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst breathtaking mountain views, the property offers a perfect blend of serenity and comfort. The resort is good. Rooms are also good. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. But the food quality is not good at all. I recommend you not have food there in their restaurant.
