Grand Regenza

The hotel was fantastic, situated in an excellent location within the forest of Lalwani village in Pehelgam. The staff were polite and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and tidy. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly suggest this hotel to anyone traveling to Pehelgam.

I stayed at Hotel Grand Regenza for two days, and sadly, my experience was just average and didn't live up to the high ratings it has here. The first room we got was very small and uncomfortable. After we complained, the hotel upgraded us to a bigger room for three people, which was definitely an improvement. The food choices were quite limited as well. Another big problem was that every morning, the hotel would cut off the main power for about 3–4 hours and run on backup power. During that time, many room facilities and electrical items didn't work properly, causing a lot of inconvenience. On the plus side, the hotel's location is great, and the staff were polite, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay. Overall, although the location and service were good, the room quality, limited food options, and daily power outages made the stay just average. I feel the hotel doesn't deserve the high rating it currently has.

The rooms are large. We had a very comfortable two-day stay. The staff were nice and helpful in every way. The food was also good.👍
