Our stay at Twin Tower was very comfortable and enjoyable. We are especially grateful to Arshid, who was very helpful and ensured our comfort during the entire stay. Captain Sakel was also polite and supportive whenever we required help. The hospitality and service enhanced our experience. We would certainly suggest Twin Tower for a relaxing and trouble-free stay!

We enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay at Twin Towers by DeFoy during our family trip, making it a truly unforgettable experience. From arrival, the hospitality was outstanding, with the staff being very polite, humble, and welcoming throughout. Their gentle and attentive nature made us feel comfortable and well cared for. Captain Sakeel deserves special recognition for his warm and courteous demeanor; he personally served our meals, frequently checked on us, and ensured everything was going smoothly, showing genuine care beyond his duties. The cook, Arshid, also deserves praise for the delicious, fresh, and flavorful meals that were a highlight of our visit. The hotel is nestled among beautiful mountains, offering a serene and scenic environment perfect for quality family time away from the busy city. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and we had no issues during our stay. The only minor point is that the location is somewhat remote, so planning transportation is necessary depending on your destinations, but the tranquility more than compensated for this. Overall, our experience at Twin Towers by DeFoy was excellent, combining lovely surroundings, cozy rooms, tasty food, and sincerely caring staff. We thank Captain Sakeel, Arshid, and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable and would gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful family getaway with excellent hospitality.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. My experience with Twin Towers by Defoy has been both financially and mentally distressing. Last year, I paid an advance of ₹20,000 to Umar Ahmad for a stay from May 9th to 11th. Unfortunately, due to the unexpected and tragic Pahalgam incident, travel was impossible, and we had to cancel for safety reasons. Their team agreed to the cancellation and assured me of a full refund within a few days. However, that timeframe has now extended beyond a year, and I still have not received my refund. At first, Umar Ahmad and his team kept providing endless excuses and new, false refund dates. Now, they have completely stopped responding to my messages. What hurts the most is that I have shared proof of my financial hardship with them, including screenshots of my bank balance, yet they continue to ignore me and withhold money that is rightfully mine. Holding onto a customer's hard-earned money during a crisis is both shameful and unethical. I advise caution before booking or paying any advance to this property, as in an emergency, they may take your money and disappear, leaving you struggling to recover your funds.

I enjoyed a great stay at the hotel on August 22, 2026. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well-kept. The staff were very polite, friendly, and supportive, particularly the Front Office Manager, Mr. Arshid Shab, whose kind and professional manner enhanced the experience.
