Had a great experience here. The food was spot on, fresh, well cooked, and properly seasoned. The ambience was relaxed and comfortable, the kind of place you actually want to sit and enjoy your meal instead of rushing out.Special mention to our waiter, Suhaib. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful without hovering. He knew the menu well, made good suggestions, and handled everything smoothly. Service like that really makes a difference.Will definitely be coming back.

We checked in on December 20th, just as the snow began to fall, and were greeted with an incredibly warm welcome from the entire team. We were treated to a lovely afternoon tea featuring delicious homemade breads, followed by a detailed tour of the beautiful property.’The service was impeccable throughout our stay. While I don't usually remember names, the team members’Aamir, Manzoor, Zubair, Urmila, and Yawar’truly stood out. They nailed every aspect of the customer service journey we were looking for, even crafting excellent custom mocktails for us.’The culinary experience deserves its own page, but to keep it brief: the breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding. The food was light, flavorful, and had that comforting "home-cooked" quality. Ending the trip with a personal handshake from the staff was a classy touch. ITC Welcome Pine & Peak clearly understands guest needs and stays "on their toes" to deliver a perfect experience.

Hotel Pine-N-Peak offers an absolutely breathtaking retreat, combining rustic, woodsy charm with modern, five-star luxury. The location, nestled high among the towering deodar forests, provides unparalleled panoramic views of the adjacent valley and a deep sense of tranquility that is genuinely hard to find. The air itself feels cleaner and fresher here.The staff service was arguably the highlight of our stay’they were incredibly attentive, professional, and anticipated our needs seamlessly. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and featured a lovely private balcony, which was the perfect spot for morning coffee while watching the sunrise paint the mountains gold.The dining experience was equally exceptional, offering a wide variety of perfectly prepared local specialties and reliable international cuisine. While the winding approach road up to the property is slightly challenging, the peaceful seclusion and stunning beauty upon arrival make the journey entirely worthwhile. This is a truly memorable destination that I wholeheartedly recommend for anyone seeking an authentic escape into nature's lap.

We had a wonderful stay at ITC during our recent trip to Kashmir. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived until checkout. The staff were courteous, attentive, and truly made us feel at home.A special mention to Zahoor Ahmed and Firdaus for their thoughtful service and for going the extra mile to serve us Nun Chai and Shirmal early in the morning as a special request ’ it was truly heartwarming and made our stay even more memorable.Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kashmir. An experience filled with warmth, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

the experinece of stayig in this property was absolutly lovely, hotel is very tastefully made, it is well kept , rooms are clean and good, staff is very supportive and prompt in helping. we travelled with 1 year old baby, they provided baby food free of cost and made available whatever we needed for the baby including well made baby cot. they decorated the room and got cake for our anniversary which was amazing. food was good for both breakfast and dinner buffet in terms of tatse and options and service too. we were looking for a relaxing gateaway and this property provided just that and more. its right on the river, surrounded by mountains with lovely cafe called willow on river side serving amazing food. would highly reccomend for relaxing and peaceful gateaway.
