The Fern Residency Bodhgaya, Series by Marriott

Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor issues.There was seepage in the washroom of the initial room. When I informed the reception and requested a room change, they were very cooperative and immediately changed the room without any questions, which was appreciated. However, there was still a slight seepage issue in the washroom of the new room as well.The room and bed were very comfortable, and the overall room quality was good. The service staff could benefit from a bit more training to improve the guest experience.The breakfast buffet had limited options, but considering the location, it is still a good and practical offering.Overall, a decent place to stay with good rooms and responsive reception, though the washroom maintenance could be improved. ’?

The Hotel is good, just about. Though the staff were earnest and lived up to the Marriott service standards and the room too was good, the property as a whole definitely needs refurbishing and upgradation, especially the washrooms along with the plumbing fittings and drainage.

Overall stay was enjoyable- value for money. The carpets in the hallway need changing though.The staff at the dining / breakfast place are very helpful - Shiv Kumar and Ramdhar Singh were exceptional in their service.

We have checked into this hotel. So far the hospitality of the staff has been awesome. Nothing is a problem for them to keep the guests happy. Room no 101. Shibu$Ahhan Good

Had a great stay at Fern Residency. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is delicious too.Special thanks to Mr. Ramadhar Singh in the restaurant. He was very polite, helpful, and provided amazing service, which made the dining experience enjoyable.Highly recommended!
