The Fern Sattva Resort Polo Forest, Series by Marriott

The staff, Banyan Tree restaurant, and poolside area all have an amazing atmosphere.

We recently stayed at this property, choosing it because it carries the Fern name. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.Positive:- The rooms are spacious and comfortable.- The swimming pool is a good size and well maintained.- Mr. Ajay was very helpful and friendly. He organized enjoyable games for our group and made a genuine effort to keep everyone engaged despite the limitations at the property.Negative:- The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay.- The property appeared to be understaffed. No one was willing to take responsibility, and every request seemed to have limitations.- The swimming pool is open only from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, which is quite restrictive for a resort where guests expect to enjoy the facilities beyond these hours.- Since it was the monsoon season, we requested access to the indoor hall to play games. We were informed it would only open at 7:00 PM, and then at 10:30 PM we were asked to leave. As it was raining, we had very few outdoor options, so this was quite disappointing.- The speaker quality was extremely poor.- Food refilling during both lunch and dinner was very slow, and we had to wait repeatedly for items to be replenished.- We had booked 7 rooms, yet the overall experience did not meet expectations.- The property is quite small, with very little space to walk around or explore, and there are very limited recreational activities.Overall, this property did not live up to the expectations associated with the Fern brand.We hope the management addresses these issues to provide a better guest experience in the future.

The property itself was smaller than expected for the brand, and while the amenities were good, they didn't fully meet the Fern Sattva standard. Overall, the experience was decent but could use some improvements to justify the price charged.

Wonderful experience with excellent service. Every staff member was polite and humble. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit Polo again during the rainy season.
